Curtis Lafone Brown of Bristol, Pennsylvania died Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at Lower Bucks Hospital. He was 76 years old. Curtis was born January 13, 1943 in Bingham, South Carolina, son of the late John Thomas Brown and the late Earline Rogers Brown (nee - Purnell).

Husband of the late Reatha Cora Mcbride; brother of Bessie Brown Eagle, Joe Louis Brown, Lathen Lee Brown, Evamae Brown McCollum, Blanch Mae Brown, Willie Carol Harrison, Brenda Harrison Lampley, Jackie Harrison, and Joyce Harrison Ford, the late John Willie Brown, the late Sally Ann Harrison, and the late Carolyn Harrison; father of Eddie (Brown) Ealey and his wife Donna, Curtis Lamar Brown, Priscilla Ann Brown, Lisa Ann (Brown) Martin and her husband Oral, Allen Nathaniel Brown, Latoya Janine Law, Lafone Thomas Brown, and Johnathan Lamar Brown; grandfather of Latiesha, Curtis Jr, June, Sean, Anjahnette, Symone, Tasha, Ne'Cole, Amber, Siarra, Sinia, and Sirena; great grandfather of Akira, Takkera, Adriana, Curtis III, Deassia, Jason, Isaiah, Darien, Jakye, Andrew, Xavier, Breille, Ava, and Mckenzie; also survived by Aunt Vye, Cassandra Law, and a host of cousins and friends.

Curtis was born and raised in South Carolina where attended Dillion High School. He was a machine operator at Owens-Illinois in Croydon, Pa for 28 years. Curtis also worked as a janitor at Clovers of Morrisville, was a janitorial business owner, and was a machine operator at Integrated Packaging Corp of New Brunswick NJ, making corrugated boxes and other packaging supplies until his retirement.

Curtis was a hunter, Hot Rod race car driver of a 1966 GTO, fisherman, mechanic, and handyman. He loved smoking Marlboro Box cigarettes, drinking, card playing, playing numbers, and Wawa.

Relatives and friends are invited to his memorial service Saturday, March 9, 2019 at 2:00 PM at Pennwood Crossing Community Center, 1201 Adler Drive, Morrisville, PA 19067 (near Old Bristol Pike and Penn Valley Road. Across from the Wawa).
