Nora was born July 11, 1960 in Trevose, Pennsylvania, daughter of Walter Drake and the late Jacqueline Patricia Drake (nee - Jackson Farrell). She is the mother of Anise Stafford and William Stafford; grandmother of Dixie Lee Stafford, Cali-Blake Stafford, Madi-Rose Stafford, Tara Ruby Stafford, Finley Stafford, and Saylor-Grace Stafford; Sister of Joy Farrell, Linda Drake, and the late Marie Jackson and the late Essie Buchanan.
Nora enjoyed singing in church at Yellow Mountain Baptist Church.
