Brenda L. Evanco, of Hatboro, PA passed away peacefully Saturday, January 16 2021 surrounded by Family and loved ones. Brenda lost her battle with Multiple Sclerosis at the age of 60. She was a resident of Hillcrest Center Nursing home in Wyncote, PA for the last 6 years.
Brenda was born November 4, 1960 in Pottstown, Pennsylvania, daughter of Ethel Irene Griffith (nee - Koch) and the late Thomas Richard Griffith. She was a participant in track and field at Upper Moreland High School where she graduated in the Class of 1978. Brenda was a hard working individual for 16 years at T.J.Maxx as a Retail Sales Supervisor.
Brenda also had a love for teddy bears and Daniel Steel novels. In her spare time she loved to bowl, play bingo and card games, and go for walks.
Brenda was a loving wife, mother, sister, and aunt. She is survived by her loving husband, Eugene M. Evanco, and son David G Evanco. She is the sister of Debbie Cavalli and her husband Sonny of New Jersey, Tina Wolak and her husband Jon of Morrisville, PA, Sarah Griffith of Norristown, PA, Laura Purcell of Burlington Junction, Missouri, Thomas Wynne Griffith Jr and his wife Jennifer Wynne of Bethlehem Township, PA. and the late Veronica Jean O'kane of Florida; step sister of the late Daniel Griffith; foster daughter of the late Joan Romberger; foster sister of Deanne Baker, Dawn Luciano, and Tom Mcfadden. She is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and Cousins.
Relatives and friends were invited to her visitation on Monday, March 29, 2021 from 9:30 A.M. and Funeral Mass at 10:30 A.M. at St. John Bosco Church, 235 East County Line Road, Hatboro, PA 19040.
Religious services were conducted by Fr. Gary J. Kramer from St. John Bosco Church.
