The following tribute was composed by Eileen’s family.

Mary Eileen Logan, age 85, of Dresher, Pennsylvania, formerly of Bell Lane, Maple Glen, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 22, 2021. After a long and courageous battle with Alzheimer’s disease Eileen lived her last ten months at the Woodland Creek Memory Care Community. 

Eileen was born in the Germantown section of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late James and Margaret Crowley (nee- Bollard). She attended St. Vincent De Paul Roman Catholic School and graduated from Little Flower High School in 1953. 

Eileen was the beloved wife of the late Robert Logan. She was the devoted mother to Paul Crowley and his wife Regina of Ivyland, PA, Jacquelyn Anderson and her husband Michael of Horsham, Kathleen Threlfall and her husband Mark of Maple Glen, Robert Logan of North Wales, and Kevin Logan and his wife Kim of North Wales. Eileen was the proud grandmother to 12 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren who lovingly called her “Honey.” 

Eileen was an active member of St. Alphonsus Church and School for 50 years and a caring neighbor to the Maple Glen community prior to moving to the Woodland Creek Community in October of 2020.

Her witty personality and wonderful sense of humor will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Relatives and friends were invited to her viewing on Wednesday, July 28, 2021 from 10:00 A.M. and Funeral Mass at 11:00 A.M. at St. Alphonsus Church, 33 Conwell Drive, Maple Glen, PA 19002. Her graveside service followed at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 3301 West Cheltenham Avenue, Cheltenham, PA 19038.

Religious services were conducted by Rev. Msgr. Brian P. Hennessy, Pastor of St. Alphonsus Church.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Alzheimer’s Association Delaware Valley Chapter, 399 Market Street, Suite 250, Philadelphia, PA 19106.
