In Loving Memory of Michele Marie Novak (née Lewis)
June 22, 1962 – October 12, 2025
Michele Marie Novak, of Bucks County, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loved ones, on October 12, 2025. Born on June 22, 1962, Michele spent her early years between Doylestown and Pittsburgh, PA, before settling in Bucks County, where she proudly made her home for the remainder of her life.
Michele was known for her incredible work ethic, generous heart, and vibrant, down-to-earth spirit. Throughout her life, she worked tirelessly in many trades — from bartending to painting and even tree work — never afraid to roll up her sleeves and give her best. She also found joy and peace in gardening, nurturing her flowers and plants with the same care and love she showed to her family and friends. Above all else, Michele’s greatest pride and joy were her children and granddaughter. Michele is survived by her five children: Melissa Murphy (Michael), Crystal Novak (Cory Filer), Erica Marsland, Tyler Marsland, and Cody Marsland, as well as her cherished granddaughter, Kalei Casiano, who brought endless joy to her life. Love for her family was boundless, and her memory will forever live on through them.
Michele will be remembered for her vigor, humor, and compassion — qualities that left a lasting impression on everyone she met. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to know her.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Davisville Church in Southampton, PA, on Saturday, October 25, 2025. Family and friends are invited to meet the family from 10:00–11:00 a.m., followed by a service from 11:00–11:30 a.m.
Flowers may be sent to Melissa Murphy’s home at 408 Marilyn Rd, Warminster, PA 18974.
Michele’s legacy of love, strength, and perseverance will continue to live on through those she held dear. She will forever be remembered as a mother, grandmother, and friend who gave her all to the people she loved.
